The Indian IPO market is set for a busy week.
Between August 10 and August 14, 2026, five mainboard IPOs are scheduled to open for subscription.
These include companies from sectors such as auto components, healthcare, dairy, e-commerce and engineering.
The five IPOs are Dhoot Transmission, Molbio Diagnostics, Milky Mist Dairy Food, Shiprocket and Behari Lal Engineering.

Dhoot Transmission IPO: Opens August 10
Dhoot Transmission Ltd will launch its ₹3,066.89-crore IPO on August 10.
The issue will remain open until August 12.
The IPO includes a fresh issue worth ₹1,400 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of shares worth ₹1,666.89 crore.
The price band has been fixed at ₹829-₹871 per share, with a lot size of 17 shares.
At the upper price of ₹871, retail investors will need ₹14,807 for one lot.
The IPO allotment is expected on August 13, while the shares are likely to list on the NSE and BSE on August 17.
Dhoot Transmission makes electrical and electronic components such as wiring harnesses, battery packs, sensors, electronic controllers, switches and connectors.
The company supplies products for both traditional petrol/diesel vehicles and electric vehicles.
It is among the top two players in India’s two-wheeler and three-wheeler wiring harness market, with a 41% market share. In the electric two-wheeler and three-wheeler segment, its market share was nearly 70% in FY26.
Molbio Diagnostics IPO: Opens August 10
Molbio Diagnostics Ltd will also open its IPO on August 10.
The issue will close on August 12.
The company is looking to raise ₹939.70 crore through the IPO.
The issue includes a fresh share sale worth ₹200 crore and an OFS worth ₹739.70 crore.
The IPO price band is ₹768-₹807 per share, with a lot size of 18 shares.
At the upper end of the price band, retail investors will need ₹14,526 for one lot.
The allotment is expected to be completed on August 13, with a likely listing date of August 17 on the NSE and BSE.
Molbio Diagnostics is known for its Truenat portable molecular diagnostic platform.
The battery-operated PCR-based system is designed to provide test results within about an hour and can be used in areas with limited healthcare infrastructure.
The company operates six manufacturing facilities in India and serves customers in more than 90 countries.
Milky Mist Dairy Food IPO: Opens August 11
The Milky Mist Dairy Food IPO will open on August 11 and close on August 13.
The company is looking to raise ₹1,553 crore through the issue.
The IPO includes a fresh issue of ₹1,428 crore and an OFS worth ₹125 crore.
The price band has been set at ₹133-₹140 per share, with a lot size of 107 shares.
Retail investors will need ₹14,980 for one lot at the upper end of the price band.
The IPO allotment is expected on August 14, while the shares are likely to list on August 18.
Milky Mist is a packaged food company focused on dairy products.
Its product range includes cheese, paneer, butter, curd, ghee, yogurt, ice cream, UHT products and frozen foods, along with ready-to-eat and ready-to-cook products.
The company follows a farm-to-consumer model, sourcing milk directly from farmers and processing it through its manufacturing facilities.
Shiprocket IPO: Opens August 12
The Shiprocket IPO will open on August 12 and close on August 14.
The company plans to raise ₹1,617.48 crore through the IPO.
The issue includes a fresh share sale of ₹885.50 crore and an OFS worth ₹731.98 crore.
The price band is ₹92-₹97 per share, with a lot size of 154 shares.
At the upper price of ₹97, retail investors will need ₹14,938 for one lot.
The allotment is expected on August 17, while the shares are likely to list on August 19.
Shiprocket provides technology-based services for e-commerce businesses, small and medium enterprises, direct-to-consumer brands and large retailers.
The company started with shipping services but has expanded into fulfilment, international shipping, marketing and other merchant solutions.
During FY26, Shiprocket served customers across 146 countries.
Behari Lal Engineering IPO: Opens August 12
Behari Lal Engineering Ltd will also open its IPO on August 12.
The issue will close on August 14.
The company plans to raise ₹301.62 crore.
The IPO includes a fresh issue worth ₹93 crore and an OFS worth ₹208.62 crore.
The price band has been fixed at ₹271-₹285 per share, with a lot size of 52 shares.
Retail investors will need ₹14,820 for one lot at the upper end of the price band.
The allotment is expected on August 17, while the shares are likely to list on August 19 on the NSE and BSE.
Behari Lal Engineering is an integrated iron and steel manufacturing company.
It makes customised engineering products such as metal rolls, engineering castings, alloy steel products, forging ingots and forged shafts.
As of March 31, 2026, the company had served 1,825 domestic and international customers.
