Five IPOs to open this week will give investors an opportunity to explore companies from sectors including alternative investments, polymers, steel processing, wastewater treatment and jewellery retail.

The companies aim to raise nearly ₹2,600 crore through their public offerings between October 26 and October 29, 2026.

The upcoming issues come after a busy period in India’s primary market, with companies continuing to tap public investors for business expansion, working capital and debt repayment.

The offerings also include an opportunity for existing shareholders to sell part of their holdings.

5 IPOs to Open This Week: Key Details

The five companies preparing to launch their initial public offerings are EAAA India Alternatives, BLS Polymers, MK Sons Fine Jewels, SFC Environmental Technologies, and Bombay Coated and Special Steels.

Their IPOs have different opening and closing dates, so investors should check the schedule before applying.

EAAA India Alternatives has the largest offering among the five, targeting ₹1,200 crore.

SFC Environmental Technologies plans to raise approximately ₹668 crore, while MK Sons Fine Jewels is targeting ₹275.4 crore.

BLS Polymers plans to raise ₹255 crore, and Bombay Coated and Special Steels aims to raise around ₹183.1 crore.

Together, the five issues are expected to raise close to ₹2,600 crore.

IPO Opening Dates and Price Bands

EAAA India Alternatives will open its IPO on October 26 and close on October 28.

The company has set a price band of ₹1,585 to ₹1,665 per share, with a valuation of approximately ₹10,765 crore at the upper end of the band.

BLS Polymers will open its public issue on October 27 and close on October 29.

Its price band has been fixed at ₹142 to ₹150 per share, and the company plans to raise ₹255 crore through a fresh issue of shares.

MK Sons Fine Jewels will open its IPO on October 28 and close on October 30.

The price band is ₹153 to ₹162 per share, and the company aims to raise ₹275.4 crore through a combination of a fresh issue and an offer for sale.

SFC Environmental Technologies is targeting approximately ₹668 crore through its IPO, with a price band of ₹313 to ₹330 per share. Its subscription period is scheduled to close on October 29.

Bombay Coated and Special Steels will open its IPO on October 29, with a price band of ₹78 to ₹82 per share.

The issue is expected to raise approximately ₹183.1 crore and is scheduled to close on November 2.

How the Five Companies Plan to Use IPO Funds

The upcoming offerings have different purposes, depending on each company’s financial and business requirements.

Some companies plan to invest in expansion and working capital, while others intend to reduce debt or allow existing shareholders to sell their holdings.

EAAA India Alternatives’ ₹1,200-crore IPO is entirely an offer for sale (OFS) by existing shareholders of the Edelweiss Group.

This means the company itself will not receive proceeds from the share sale.

SFC Environmental Technologies plans to use proceeds from its fresh issue, worth ₹150 crore, for debt repayment and working capital requirements.

The remaining portion of its offering comprises shares sold by promoters and existing shareholders.

BLS Polymers intends to allocate ₹77.56 crore towards expanding its manufacturing facility and increasing production capacity.

Another ₹89.5 crore is planned for working capital, with the remaining proceeds earmarked for general corporate purposes.

MK Sons Fine Jewels plans to use the proceeds to meet inventory requirements for a new showroom in Maharashtra and expand an existing showroom in Gujarat.

The company also intends to repay or prepay certain borrowings and meet general corporate expenses.

Bombay Coated and Special Steels plans to use ₹125 crore to repay or prepay certain borrowings.

It has also earmarked ₹15.7 crore for capital equipment acquisition costs under existing lease arrangements, with the balance intended for general corporate purposes.

What Investors Should Check Before Applying

Investors considering these IPOs should review each company’s financial performance, business model, valuation, use of proceeds and risk factors before making an investment decision.

A company’s fundraising target or sector presence alone does not determine whether its shares will perform well after listing.

It is also important to distinguish between a fresh issue and an offer for sale.

In a fresh issue, the company receives funds to support its stated objectives, whereas an OFS allows existing shareholders to sell shares and receive the proceeds.

Investors should check the final offer documents for the lot size, application amount, subscription dates, allotment schedule and listing details.

These particulars can vary across offerings and should be confirmed before placing an application.

India’s IPO market has remained active in 2026. More than 100 companies had collectively raised over ₹1.4 lakh crore through IPOs by late October, reflecting continued fundraising activity in the primary market.

The five upcoming offerings add to this activity, but investors should assess each issue independently and consider their own financial goals and risk tolerance before investing.
