If you’re planning to get a new broadband connection, BSNL has a plan that could be worth considering.

The state-owned telecom company is offering a 100 Mbps fiber broadband plan that comes with 4TB of data, free OTT subscriptions, and unlimited calling.

Compared to similar plans from Jio and Airtel, BSNL offers a higher data limit at an affordable monthly price.

4TB Data With 100 Mbps Speed

BSNL’s Fiber Basic Plus OTT plan provides internet speeds of 100 Mbps along with 4TB (4000GB) of high-speed data every month.

For comparison, similar fiber plans from Jio and Airtel generally come with a 3.3TB data limit, giving BSNL users around 700GB of extra data.

Once the monthly 4TB Fair Usage Policy (FUP) limit is exhausted, the internet speed drops to 4 Mbps.

However, users can continue using the connection without any additional charges.

The monthly price of this plan is ₹699.

Free OTT Subscription Included

Apart from high-speed internet, BSNL also offers free access to popular OTT platforms.

Customers can choose one of the following OTT packs:

Pack 1

JioHotstar

Hungama

Lionsgate Play

ShemarooMe

Epicon

Pack 2

ZEE5

SonyLIV

These OTT benefits are included with the monthly broadband plan at no extra cost.

Unlimited Calling Is Also Included

The plan also includes unlimited voice calling to any network across India through the BSNL landline connection.

This means users get high-speed internet, OTT entertainment, and unlimited landline calling in a single plan.

How to Apply for a BSNL Broadband Connection

Getting a BSNL fiber connection is simple and can be done from home.

You can visit the official BSNL website, fill in the required details, and submit your request online.

Alternatively, you can book a new broadband connection through BSNL’s WhatsApp number 1800 4444.

For users looking for a budget-friendly broadband plan with more data and entertainment benefits, BSNL’s ₹699 Fiber Basic Plus OTT plan could be a strong alternative to similar offerings from private telecom companies.
