Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has announced its biggest product expansion in India by introducing a portfolio of 10 new motorcycles and scooters.
The lineup includes 7 all-new models and 3 updated models with fresh color options.
The new range covers almost every riding category, including cruisers, adventure bikes, roadsters, electric scooters, lifestyle motorcycles, and flex-fuel vehicles.
Honda says this move is aimed at offering more choices to Indian customers with different riding needs and budgets.
The company also confirmed that these products will be manufactured locally in India, helping strengthen its engineering, production, and “Make in India for the World” strategy.
Honda Wants to Offer More Choices to Indian Buyers
According to Honda, Indian customers are no longer looking for two-wheelers only for daily commuting. While fuel efficiency and affordability remain important, buyers now also want stylish, feature-packed, and lifestyle-focused vehicles.
To meet these changing demands, Honda has introduced products for city rides, weekend touring, adventure riding, electric mobility, and even flex-fuel technology.
Honda President and CEO Tsutsumu Otani said India is one of the company’s most important global markets. He added that the new lineup combines petrol, electric,
and flex-fuel technologies to suit different customer needs while making Honda’s global products more accessible in India.
The company also said that expanding local manufacturing will improve product development, increase local sourcing, and strengthen India’s position as a global manufacturing and export hub.
E-Clutch Technology to Make Riding Easier
Honda has also confirmed that selected new motorcycles will come with Honda E-Clutch technology.
This system automatically manages clutch operation, making riding much easier, especially in heavy traffic and stop-and-go city conditions.
The company will launch these models in phases. Prices, launch dates, and booking details will be announced separately for each product.
Honda’s New Two-Wheeler Lineup
Honda ADV 160
The Honda ADV 160 is a new city adventure scooter powered by a 160cc liquid-cooled engine.
It combines adventure styling with everyday practicality. Honda says it is designed for riders who want SUV-like road presence, scooter comfort, and strong performance for both city rides and weekend trips.
The scooter also becomes India’s first E85 flex-fuel compatible scooter. It offers an 8.1-litre fuel tank and 27 litres of under-seat storage, making it one of the most practical scooters in its segment.
Honda CB500
Honda has introduced the new CB500 as a heritage roadster with a retro-inspired design and modern technology.
It is powered by a 501cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine with an oil cooler. The bike is aimed at enthusiasts looking for classic styling, strong performance, and everyday usability.
The CB500 will be available in Alloy, Spoke Tubeless, and Spoke Tubeless with Graphics variants.
Honda CB350 Range
Honda has refreshed its popular CB350 lineup with new color options.
The updated range includes the CB350, CB350C, and CB350RS. While the motorcycles remain mechanically unchanged, the new colors give them a fresher look without changing their classic retro styling.
Honda Rebel 300
The Rebel 300 joins Honda’s lineup as an entry-level cruiser for riders who want a stylish motorcycle with easy handling.
It features a 286cc liquid-cooled engine, a low-slung bobber-inspired design, and a relaxed riding position.
The motorcycle will be available in both standard and E-Clutch versions.
Honda Rebel 500
The Rebel 500 is Honda’s new mid-size lifestyle cruiser.
Powered by a 471cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine, it is designed for riders looking for premium styling, comfortable city riding, and long weekend touring.
Like the Rebel 300, it will also be offered with standard and E-Clutch variants.
Honda XR300L
The XR300L is a dual-purpose adventure motorcycle built for both daily commuting and off-road riding.
It comes with a 293.5cc air-cooled engine, oil cooler, lightweight body, and long-travel suspension for better performance on rough roads and trails.
Honda says it is ideal for riders who want one motorcycle for both city use and weekend adventures.
Honda XR300 Rally
Inspired by Honda’s rally heritage, the XR300 Rally is built for long-distance touring and off-road exploration.
It features rally-inspired styling, touring-friendly ergonomics, and the ability to handle different types of terrain comfortably.
Honda QC3 Electric Scooter
Honda has also expanded its electric vehicle portfolio with the new QC3 family electric scooter.
The scooter comes with a 3kWh battery that delivers an IDC-certified range of up to 151 km on a single charge.
Its battery can be charged up to 80% in just 2 hours and 40 minutes.
Other highlights include 32 litres of under-seat storage, Smart Key, and a 5-inch TFT display with connected features, making it a practical option for everyday family use.
