Persistent Systems Ltd. has once again announced a dividend, bringing good news for its shareholders.

The company will pay ₹22 per share as dividend, as announced on January 20.

With this, Persistent Systems will trade ex-dividend for the 33rd time in its history.

Record Date and Dividend Details

In its stock exchange filing, the company said that the board has approved an interim dividend of ₹22 per share for the financial year 2025–26.

The face value of each share is ₹5.

The record date to determine eligible shareholders has been fixed as Tuesday, January 27.

Investors holding shares on or before this date will be entitled to receive the dividend.

Persistent Systems has a long track record of rewarding its shareholders.

According to NSE data, the company traded ex-dividend for the first time on May 3, 2010, when it paid a dividend of ₹1.50 per share.

The most recent ex-dividend date before this announcement was July 14, 2025, when the company declared a dividend of ₹15 per share.

Apart from regular dividends, the company has also rewarded investors with bonus shares.
