What is Operation Sindoor?
Operation Sindoor was launched by the Indian Army on May 7, 2025, as a direct response to the Pahalgam terror attack on April 22, in which 26 people lost their lives.
In a swift and strategic action, the Indian Army destroyed nine key terrorist hideouts located within Pakistan and PoK.
This mission has been seen as a clear message of India’s strong and uncompromising stance against terrorism.
The operation is being hailed as a turning point in India’s defense strategy, showcasing a more aggressive and determined response to cross-border terrorism.
Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the central government has emphasized a zero-tolerance policy towards terrorism, and Operation Sindoor stands as a strong symbol of this approach.
A Platform for Youth to Express Their Voice
This is a golden chance for students and young citizens to share their perspectives on national security and India’s evolving defense policies.
The initiative also aims to increase awareness and pride among the youth regarding the country’s efforts to combat terrorism.
