Also, if someone tags you in a photo or video, you’ll have the option to reshare it.
While viewing a status, you will see a ‘reshare icon’ next to the reply button, which lets you share that content on your own status.
How to Access These New Features
To use these features, update your WhatsApp app through the Google Play Store or App Store.
If you don’t have the app yet, you will need to download it. If the features are not visible immediately after updating, don’t worry—they will become available within 1-2 days.
