How to Start the Service
To activate IFTV, follow these steps shared by BSNL:
Contact 18004444 on WhatsApp.
Send “Hi” and select Activate IFTV from the menu.
The service will then be activated on your connection.
Important Things to Know
You must have a BSNL Bharat Fiber (FTTH) connection, since IFTV works only on it.
An active BSNL broadband plan is required for smooth internet speed.
To watch, you need a Smart TV, Android TV, or Fire Stick.
No extra set-top box is provided. Instead, customers must install the Skypro or PlayboxTV app and log in using their FTTH number.
This service will only work when connected to the BSNL network.
