Vodafone Idea Limited (VIL), India’s third-largest telecom operator, has introduced a new prepaid plan priced at ₹419.
This plan is designed for users who consume a lot of data and enjoy watching OTT content.
The ₹419 plan offers 28 days of validity with unlimited data, though there is a 300GB high-speed limit.
After crossing 300GB, users can still browse the internet at a reduced speed of 64 Kbps.
In addition to data, the plan includes unlimited voice calling and 100 SMS per day.
Free 5G Data and OTT Benefits
Customers using a 5G-enabled smartphone in areas where Vi’s 5G network is available will get unlimited 5G data at no extra cost.
The plan also includes OTT subscriptions such as:
Disney+ Hotstar Mobile for 28 days
Vi Movies & TV access, which includes 19 OTT platforms like SonyLIV and Zee5
Currently, this plan is available only in selected circles, including Bihar, Rajasthan, and Karnataka. Users can check availability through the Vi website or mobile app.
Vi ₹340 Plan Now Comes with Double Data
According to a TelecomTalk report, Vodafone Idea’s ₹340 prepaid plan in Himachal Pradesh now offers 2GB of data per day, up from 1GB earlier.
This means users will now get 56GB total data instead of 28GB for 28 days. The plan also includes unlimited voice calls, 100 SMS per day,
and an extra 1GB bonus data. After reaching the daily limit, internet speed drops to 64 Kbps.
