Vivo has introduced its new Vivo X300 series in the Indian market. The lineup includes two models: Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro.
The Vivo X300 comes in three variants:
12GB + 256GB – ₹75,999
12GB + 512GB – ₹81,999
16GB + 512GB – ₹85,999
The Vivo X300 Pro comes in a single variant with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage, priced at ₹109,999.
Pre-bookings for both phones have started today, and sales will begin from December 10.
Vivo has also launched the ZEISS 2.35x telephoto extender kit for improved photography at a price of ₹18,999.
Features and Specifications of Vivo X300
The Vivo X300 features a 6.31-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 4500 nits peak brightness.
It comes with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB UFS 4.1 storage. The phone is powered by the Dimensity 9500 chipset.
For photography, it offers a 200MP main camera, a 50MP ultra-wide camera, and a 50MP Sony LYT602 ZEISS APO periscope lens. On the front, there is a 50MP selfie camera.
The device houses a 6040mAh battery supporting 90W fast charging and 40W wireless charging.
It includes an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and runs on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. The phone also carries IP68 + IP69 water and dust resistance ratings.

It includes 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB UFS 4.1 storage, powered by the same Dimensity 9500 processor.
In terms of cameras, the phone features a 50MP main camera, a 50MP ultra-wide camera,
and a 200MP Samsung HPB ZEISS APO periscope telephoto camera. For selfies, it also offers a 50MP front camera.
The X300 Pro is equipped with a 6510mAh battery that supports 90W fast charging and 40W wireless charging.
It has an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, runs on OriginOS 6 (Android 16), and comes with IP68 + IP69 dust and water resistance.
