Extended Warranty and Assured Buyback
Under this new plan:
Vida scooters get a 5-year or 75,000 km warranty covering 11 major components.
The battery is covered for 5 years or 60,000 km, protecting owners from breakdowns and unexpected costs.
The assured buyback plan allows customers to return their scooter after 3 years and get up to 67.5% of its effective ex-showroom price, making it easier to upgrade or replace a model.
Vida Edge Subscription Package
Vida has also launched a subscription package called Vida Edge, which offers:
