Vodafone Idea (Vi) has refreshed its postpaid international roaming packs, just in time for the summer holidays.
The new versions now come with double the data, free incoming calls, and other added benefits.
Vi says these updates are aimed at helping travelers during both short and long trips. Users can also schedule these plans before leaving and activate them easily through the Vi app or website.
Updated Plan Details
Vi has revised three of its international roaming postpaid packs:
The 1-day pack at ₹649 now offers 1GB of data instead of 500MB. It includes 50 minutes of outgoing calls, 10 SMS, and free incoming calls.
The 10-day pack for ₹2,999 now includes 10GB of data (earlier 5GB), 300 minutes of outgoing calls, 50 SMS, and unlimited incoming calls.
The 30-day pack costing ₹3,999 now gives 30GB of data instead of 12GB, along with 1,500 minutes of calls, 100 SMS, and free incoming calls.
Vi says these changes are meant to give users more value, convenience, and better coverage while traveling.
Customers using these plans can also get 24×7 helpline support to quickly resolve any service or network issues abroad.
Extra Baggage Protection Service
Vi continues its tie-up with Blue Ribbon Bags, offering users baggage protection for ₹99. If checked-in luggage is delayed or lost for over 96 hours, users can claim up to ₹19,800 for one bag.
Easy Advance Booking
Vi also allows users to schedule their roaming plans up to 60 days before travel. This helps ensure timely and hassle-free activation before the trip.
