Triumph Motorcycles has launched its new bike Tracker 400 in India. This motorcycle offers a strong mix of retro styling and modern performance, making it a great option for young riders.
The ex-showroom price of the bike is Rs 2.46 lakh. Along with its popular 400cc range, the company is also expanding into a new 350cc lineup with models like Speed T4 and Thruxton.
With this move, Triumph aims to attract riders who want a sporty yet classic-looking bike for city rides.
Powerful Engine and Smooth Performance
The Tracker 400 comes with an updated TR-series 350cc single-cylinder engine. This engine produces 40bhp at 8,750rpm, offering strong performance for daily rides as well as quick acceleration.
To make riding easier, especially in traffic, the bike gets a torque-assist clutch, which ensures smoother gear shifts. The chassis and footpeg position are specially designed to give better control and comfort, even on narrow roads and sharp turns.
Eye-Catching Retro Design
The design of this bike is one of its biggest highlights. It carries a bold and aggressive retro look, inspired by old-school racing motorcycles.
You get features like a boxy fuel tank, wide handlebars, seat cowl, and side number plates, which enhance its racing appeal. The bike is available in three stylish colors:
Racing Yellow
Phantom Black
Aluminum Silver Gloss
New dual-spoke wheels and prominent “Tracker” branding make it stand out on the road.
Advanced Features and Comfortable Ride
Triumph has packed the Tracker 400 with modern features to improve both safety and comfort.
For safety, the bike offers:
Switchable traction control
Dual-channel ABS
The seat height is 805 mm, making it comfortable for most riders. It also comes with:
43 mm upside-down front forks
Gas-charged rear monoshock suspension
These features help absorb bumps easily, ensuring a smooth ride even on rough roads. For braking, the bike uses disc brakes with four-piston radial calipers, providing strong stopping power.
