Collinson’s SmartDelay customers receive immediate benefits without the hassle of claim forms.
When a traveler learns of a flight delay or cancellation, they can promptly access the airport lounge. Additionally, they will receive complimentary food and beverages as needed.
Eligibility for Lounge Access
Flight registration must occur at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure. Lounge access is available only when the airline officially announces a flight delay.
Delayed passengers gain access to a lounge within their airport terminal, as part of the LoungeKey network.
