Suzuki launches Updated Burgman street

Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt Ltd has launched the updated Suzuki Burgman Street, one of the most popular scooters in the 125cc segment after Access.

The new model comes with major upgrades in design, features, comfort, and performance.

The second-generation Burgman Street is built on the ‘One and Only’ theme, making it more stylish, practical, and feature-packed than before.

Price and Variants Details

The new Burgman Street is available in two variants:

Ride Connect Edition – ₹1,01,944 (ex-showroom)

Ride Connect TFT Edition – ₹1,13,220 (ex-showroom)

Both variants come in multiple attractive colour options, including premium matte finishes and even dual-tone colours in the top variant.

The scooter will be available for sale across India from April 8 at Suzuki dealerships.

Stylish Design Gets a Premium Upgrade

The new Burgman Street now looks more modern and premium.

It gets a sleek design with sharp lines, along with:

Split LED headlight

LED indicators and tail lights

Dark smoked windscreen

Stylish upward-facing silencer

These changes give the scooter a strong road presence and a more luxurious feel.

The top variant comes with several segment-first features, making it more tech-friendly.

24.6-litre under-seat storage

Front storage space and utility hooks

Rear fuel lid for easy refueling

It is built on a lightweight frame, which improves handling and makes it easier to ride in city traffic.

Engine and Performance

The new Burgman Street is powered by a 124cc engine, which is also used in the popular Access scooter.

Power: 8.3 bhp

Torque: 10.2 Nm

This engine is known for its smooth performance and good mileage.

It has been tuned to perform well, especially in city conditions.

Company Statement

Kenichi Umeda, Managing Director of Suzuki Motorcycle India, said that the Burgman Street has created a strong position in the premium scooter segment since its launch in 2018.

He added that customer expectations have increased over time, and this new version has been designed to offer better comfort, refined styling, and an improved riding experience.
