How to Replace Your Old Voter ID Card
The Election Commission has made it simple to replace old paper cards with new PVC cards, without any charges. Just follow these steps:
Search Voter’s Service Portal on Google and open the first link.
Create an account by signing up with your email ID and phone number.
After signing in, go to Form 8 under the option: Shifting of residence / correction of entries in existing electoral roll / Replacement of EPIC / Marking of PwD.
Select for whom you are applying. If it’s for yourself, choose Self and enter your EPIC number.
Select the option Issue of Replacement EPIC without correction.
Check your details on the next page and click Next.
Choose the reason for replacement (second option) and submit the form.
You will receive a service request number after submission.
