Travel to Thailand just got easier for Indian holidaymakers. SpiceJet has announced new non-stop flights to Phuket, one of Thailand’s most loved tourist spots.
Direct flights from Delhi begin on October 31, 2025, and from Mumbai on November 6, 2025.
With this move, SpiceJet now connects Indian travellers to both of Thailand’s major destinations — Bangkok and Phuket.
Why This Matters for Indian Travellers
Phuket has always been on the travel bucket list for Indians thanks to its beaches, floating markets, elephant sanctuaries, and Buddhist temples.
Until now, most visitors had to take connecting flights, but these new services will cut down travel time and add convenience.
According to SpiceJet’s Chief Business Officer, Debojo Maharshi, the expansion highlights the airline’s commitment to offering affordable international travel while giving passengers more seamless choices.
The good news doesn’t stop there — Indians can now travel to Thailand visa-free for up to 60 days, whether for tourism or business.
