Exciting news for homebuyers in Sikar, the city known for education! The Municipal Council is launching a multi-story housing scheme aimed at helping the middle class own their dream home.
Construction is expected to start in April, marking a shift from traditional plot sales to modern flat complexes.
The first project will be developed in Todi Nagar, a prime location near the stadium.
After receiving approval from the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), the Municipal Council will soon invite construction bids to ensure the project is completed on time.
Affordable Flats with Modern Amenities
The total budget for this project is around ₹190 crore, and it will be built on roughly 12,684 square yards of land.
The scheme will include two-BHK and three-BHK flats, designed to cater to middle- and upper-class residents.
According to Municipal Council Commissioner Shashikant Sharma, the flats are designed with modern needs in mind.
A three-BHK flat will have a built-up area of about 146.77 square meters, while a two-BHK flat will have around 80.25 square meters of carpet area.
All flats will include balconies and proper ventilation, ensuring a comfortable lifestyle.
312 Flats, Green Spaces, and Top-Notch Facilities
The project will be a 12-story building with a total of 312 flats—96 two-BHK and 216 three-BHK.
It will also feature basement and open parking, with space for 388 cars and 733 two-wheelers.
Residents can look forward to modern amenities like rainwater harvesting, solar energy, and solid waste management.
Around 70% of the project area will be dedicated to green and open spaces.
Additional facilities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, library, indoor games, children’s play area, and tennis courts.
Flat allocation will be done through a lottery system to ensure fairness.
This new project promises to redefine living standards in Sikar, combining convenience, modern design, and plenty of open spaces for a better lifestyle.
