With winter setting in, Delhi-NCR has started witnessing light fog and mist. On Saturday, temperatures in the national capital are expected to range between 18°C and 34°C.
The cold northwesterly winds have started affecting the region, causing a mild chill in the mornings. People are also struggling with the city’s poor air quality.
Normal Weather in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar
The weather in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar is expected to remain mostly stable over the next few days. Cool and dry winds will continue, along with some moving clouds.
Days will be sunny, while mornings and evenings will feel slightly chilly. Temperatures are expected to drop gradually.
In Bihar, the weather is likely to stay clear until Diwali. Bright sunshine during the day will bring mild warmth, but northwesterly winds will continue to lower the temperature, slowly increasing the cold.
Heavy Rain Alert in South India
The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Puducherry, predicting heavy rainfall in the next seven days.
A low-pressure area forming in the Arabian Sea is expected to cause cyclonic circulation.
As it strengthens and moves toward India’s west coast, it may bring more rain to Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
