On September 25, 2025, IndiGo, India’s largest airline, and SBI Card, the country’s biggest credit card issuer, launched a premium co-branded credit card – the IndiGo SBI Card.
It comes in two versions – the IndiGo SBI Card and the IndiGo SBI Card ELITE. These cards are designed mainly for frequent flyers who want to turn their spending into travel rewards.
Key Features of IndiGo SBI Card
Every spend earns rewards, credited as IndiGo BluChips.
Customers can earn up to 29,000 bonus BluChips in a year.
Up to 7% rewards on IndiGo services (flights, hotels, seat upgrades, miles, etc.).
3% (ELITE) and 2% (Standard Card) rewards on other hotel and travel bookings.
1–2% rewards on spending in other categories.
BluChips work as travel currency and can be redeemed directly for IndiGo services.
Welcome and Milestone Benefits
Up to ₹5,000 BluChips on first purchase and first transaction.
Annual milestone rewards: 2,500 BluChips (SBI Card) and 6,000 BluChips (ELITE) for spending above ₹2 lakh and ₹3 lakh respectively.
Renewal benefits: BluChips plus an IndiGo 6E Eats voucher (ELITE card only).
Additional Premium Benefits
Complimentary domestic airport lounge access (both cards).
International lounge access (ELITE card).
Travel insurance covering flight cancellation, baggage loss, card loss, and more.
