Details of the Bonus Issue
Sandur Manganese informed the stock exchanges that shareholders will get 2 shares bonus for 1 share with a face value of ₹10. The record date for this bonus is 23 September 2025.
Earlier, in February 2024, the company had given 5 bonus shares for 1 share.
Apart from this, on 10th September 2025, its shares traded ex-dividend when the company declared a dividend of ₹1.25 per share. In September 2024 also, it had given a dividend of ₹1 per share.
