Samsung has just revealed its latest offerings, including the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE smartphone, along with the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE and Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ as part of their new fan edition lineup.
These tablets boast 10.9-inch and 12.4-inch LCD screens with a 90Hz refresh rate, and they come with an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
Additionally, Samsung has introduced the budget-friendly Galaxy Buds FE wireless earbuds, complete with active noise cancellation (ANC).
Galaxy Tab S9 FE and Tab S9 FE+ Pricing
The prices for these products in India are yet to be disclosed. Globally, the starting price for the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE is EUR 529 (approximately Rs 46,000) for the base model with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage.
The larger Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ model, featuring 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, starts at EUR 699 (approximately Rs 60,000).
Both tablets offer cellular variants compatible with 5G networks and are available in gray, lavender, mint, and silver color options.
The Indian prices are expected to be revealed later today.
In the meantime, the Samsung Galaxy Buds FE is priced at EUR 109 (approximately Rs 10,000) and will be available in graphite and white color options.
Galaxy Tab S9 FE and Tab S9 FE+ Features
The newly launched Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE and Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ run on One UI 5.1 based on Android 13. Both tablets feature 10.9-inch and 12.4-inch WQXGA (2560×1600 pixels) LCD displays, respectively, with a 90Hz refresh rate.
Both models are powered by the Exynos 1380 chipset.
The Galaxy Tab S9 FE offers 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, while the S9 FE+ model boasts 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Storage on both models can be expanded up to 1TB using a microSD card slot.
For photography, both tablets sport an 8-megapixel rear camera setup
The Plus model adds an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera with autofocus and a 12-megapixel front-facing camera for video calls.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, and a USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer.
The Tab S9 FE and S9 FE+ come with 8000mAh and 10000mAh batteries, respectively, supporting 45W fast charging.
Samsung Galaxy Buds FE Features
The design of the Samsung Galaxy Buds FE earbuds closely resembles the previous Galaxy Buds Plus model, complete with wingtips. However, the newer models offer ANC support.
The FE-branded Galaxy Buds earbuds feature touch controls and can seamlessly switch between devices.
They also come with an IPX2 rating for splash resistance, ensuring they can withstand light splashes of water.
With ANC enabled, the earbuds provide up to six hours of battery life and a total of 21 hours when combined with the charging case.
The Samsung Galaxy Buds FE support both SBC and AAC audio codecs, ensuring compatibility with both iOS and Android smartphones.
