Recently, Samsung has stopped providing software updates for four popular models — Galaxy A03s, Galaxy A52s, Galaxy F42 5G, and Galaxy M32 5G.

This means users of these phones will no longer receive operating system (OS) upgrades or security patch updates.

These models were launched in 2021, and Samsung had promised four years of security updates — a period that has now ended.

Which Phones Lost Support and Why

The affected models — Galaxy A03s, Galaxy A52s, Galaxy F42 5G, and Galaxy M32 5G — have all reached the end of their official support period.

Earlier, these phones were not getting OS updates but still received regular security patches and fixes. Now, even those updates will stop.

What Users Should Do

Without future updates, these phones may become vulnerable to new security risks and bugs.

If you use one of these models, it’s best to either upgrade to a new smartphone or use your current phone carefully, especially for sensitive tasks like online banking.

Samsung has also hinted at possible replacements:

Galaxy A03s → Galaxy A07

Galaxy F42 5G → Galaxy F56

Galaxy M32 5G → Galaxy M36

Galaxy A52s → Galaxy A56
