Royal Enfield Classic 650 launched in India (Check Price)

British automaker Royal Enfield has finally launched its much-awaited motorcycle, the Classic 650, in the Indian market.

The Classic 350, known for its stylish look, has been a fan favorite, and many were eagerly waiting for its bigger version.

The Classic 650 is the sixth bike in the 650 cc segment by Royal Enfield. It comes in four color options – Red, Blue, Teal Green, and Black Chrome.

Price of Royal Enfield Classic 650

The ex-showroom price of the Royal Enfield Classic 650 starts at Rs 3.37 lakh. The top variant is priced at Rs 3.50 lakh.

While there is no direct competitor in this segment, some sub-400 cc bikes fall within the same price range.

One such rival is the KTM RC390, which has an ex-showroom price of Rs 3.31 lakh.

Engine and Performance

The Classic 650 is powered by a 648 cc, parallel twin engine that produces 46.3 bhp at 7,250 rpm and 52.3 Nm of torque at 5,650 rpm.

It features a 6-speed gearbox with a slip and assist clutch for smooth gear shifts.

Royal Enfield’s other 650 cc models include the Super Meteor 650, Interceptor 650, and Shotgun 650.

Features of Classic 650

The Classic 650 is a bigger, heavier, and more powerful motorcycle compared to its predecessors.

It retains the classic round headlamp with pilot lamps and features a teardrop-shaped fuel tank.

The bike comes with LED lights and a semi-digital instrument console. Additionally, it includes a C-Type charging port for added convenience.
