Punjab National Bank (PNB) has introduced a new digital lending platform called Digi MSME Prime to make it easier for small businesses to get loans quickly and with less paperwork.

This move is aimed at helping Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) access funds faster, without the usual delays and complicated processes.

Faster Loans with Less Paperwork

Digi MSME Prime is built on a fully digital system that reduces manual work and speeds up loan approvals.

With this platform, MSMEs can apply for loans of up to ₹10 crore. Instead of asking for heavy documentation, the bank mainly checks eligibility based on GST turnover and business cash flow.

This means business owners can get loans faster, with a simpler and smoother process.

A Step Towards Smarter Banking

The new platform shows PNB’s focus on using technology to improve customer experience.

By making lending digital and automated, the bank aims to provide quick, secure, and hassle-free services to small businesses across India.

PNB’s Digital Push Continues

Earlier, PNB also launched a Digital Location Management Solution (DLMS) to help customers easily find branches and ATMs online.

This system connects online searches directly to physical locations like branches, ATMs, and banking kiosks.

Easy Access to Branch Information

Through DLMS, each branch and ATM has its own microsite with verified details.

Customers can find important information like address, contact details, IFSC code, working hours, directions, and ongoing offers—all in one place.

These microsites are linked with platforms like Google and Google Maps, making it easier to locate nearby banking services.

They are also available in multiple languages, helping users across different regions access information in their preferred language.

What This Means for Customers

With Digi MSME Prime and DLMS, PNB is making banking faster, simpler, and more accessible.

Small business owners can now get quicker loans, while customers can easily find branch details online without confusion.

These steps highlight how the bank is moving towards a more digital and customer-friendly future.
