Prime Minister Narendra Modi has distributed joining letters to thousands of candidates on Dhanteras.
During a video conference, he handed out joining letters to over 51,000 selected candidates.
These newly appointed individuals will work in various government ministries and departments.
Thousands of young people from more than 40 locations participated in this employment fair and received recruitment and appointment letters for government jobs.

While speaking at the Rozgar Mela, Prime Minister Narendra Modi remarked that today marks the festival of Dhanteras, and this year’s Diwali is particularly special because, after 500 years, Lord Shri Ram is now in his magnificent temple in Ayodhya.
This is the first Diwali celebration since he has taken his place in the temple, making it even more significant.
Over the past two years of the Central Government’s Rozgar Mela initiative, hundreds of thousands of candidates have been provided with jobs in government departments and ministries.

The employment fair program started on October 22, 2022. On this occasion, Union Minister Jitendra Prasad stated that PM Modi has successfully enabled over 51,000 people to join government jobs with the press of a button.

In this context, 51,000 newly appointed employees from across the country will join various ministries and departments of the Central Government, including the Revenue Department, Higher Education Department, Home Ministry, Defense Ministry, and Health and Family Welfare Ministry.
