PM Kisan 20th Installment: Under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, the upcoming 20th installment may be credited to farmers’ bank accounts in the last week of June or early July.
However, this time the government has clearly said that farmers who have not completed Aadhaar-based e-KYC will not receive payment.
The money will only be transferred to those farmers whose names are on the beneficiary list. Here’s how to check your e-KYC and find your name in the beneficiary list.
Why Is e-KYC Mandatory?
The government wants to ensure that only eligible and genuine farmers receive the benefits of this scheme.
To prevent fraud, e-KYC has been made compulsory. If you haven’t done it yet, your name could be removed from the beneficiary list, and your installment may get delayed or cancelled.
How to Do e-KYC from Your Mobile at Home
Visit the official PM Kisan website: pmkisan.gov.in or open the PM Kisan mobile app.
Click on the ‘e-KYC’ section.
Enter your Aadhaar number.
Enter the OTP received on the mobile number linked with Aadhaar.
Once verified, your e-KYC process is complete.
What If You Can’t Do e-KYC on Your Mobile?
If you’re unable to complete e-KYC online, visit your nearest Common Service Center (CSC) or State Service Center.
You can get it done via biometric verification. Once completed, your beneficiary status will be updated within 24 hours.
How to Check If Your Name Is in the Beneficiary List
Go to the official PM Kisan website: pmkisan.gov.in
Scroll to the bottom and find the ‘Farmers Corner’ section.
Click on ‘Beneficiary List’.
A new page will open—select your state, district, sub-district, block, and village.
Click on ‘Get Report’.
You will now see the list of eligible farmers in your village. This list includes your name, father’s name, and bank account status.
If your name appears in the list, ₹2,000 will be credited to your account soon.
If your name is missing, contact your local officer immediately.
Last Installment Was Sent on February 24
The 19th installment was released by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 24 February 2025. At that time, around ₹22,000 crore was transferred to the accounts of 9.8 crore farmers.
₹6,000 Assistance Per Year Under the Scheme
Under PM Kisan Yojana, eligible farmers receive ₹6,000 per year. This amount is given in three installments of ₹2,000 and directly credited to the farmer’s bank account. The scheme was launched in 2019 to provide financial support to farmers.
