Global tech brand OnePlus has launched the ‘OnePlus Green Line Worry-Free Solution’ to tackle the issue of green lines appearing on AMOLED smartphone displays in India.
This initiative focuses on enhancing user confidence through advanced display technology, rigorous quality checks, and a lifetime warranty service policy.

OnePlus has made major progress in display technology by collaborating with industry leaders to tackle technical challenges, especially those caused by environmental factors.
A key improvement is the use of the Enhanced Edge Bonding Layer, which incorporates advanced PVX edge-sealing material, across all OnePlus AMOLED displays.
PVX is a high-performance material known for its excellent resistance to weather and chemicals, making it perfect for improving durability in harsh conditions.

The OnePlus Quality Engineering Lab performs over 180 thorough tests on all phones, simulating extreme real-world conditions to ensure reliability and durability.
These tests include electrical performance checks, structural assessments, and environmental aging evaluations.
One key test is the ‘Double 85’ test, where the display is exposed to 85°C temperature and 85% humidity for long periods.
These harsh conditions help evaluate the durability and performance of devices under stress.
