OnePlus has recently released a new software update for the OnePlus 10R 5G, which was originally launched in India in April 2022.
This update, OxygenOS 15.0.0.700 (EX01), is being rolled out gradually, meaning it will first be available to some users and then spread to all users over time.
Key Features of the New Update
Customizable Home Screen
With this update, OnePlus 10R users can now resize their home screen folders. Folders can be adjusted to a 1×2 or 2×1 layout for greater customization options.
The dock now also supports up to five apps, even if your home screen displays only four apps per row, improving multitasking efficiency.
Improved User Experience
OnePlus has made enhancements to the animations for notifications and quick settings, giving users a smoother, more polished experience.
Security and Connectivity Improvements
The update includes the March 2025 Android security patch, which strengthens the phone’s security.
Additionally, connectivity has been improved, particularly in Wi-Fi network switching and mobile data roaming, making transitions between networks more seamless.
OnePlus 10R 5G: Price and Features
The OnePlus 10R 5G was released in India in two versions. The first is the Endurance Edition, featuring 150W SuperVOOC fast charging.
The second model comes with 80W SuperVOOC charging support. It is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8100-Max chipset, a cooling system, and the HyperBoost gaming engine.
The phone also has a 50MP triple rear camera setup, a 16MP front camera, a 6.7-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate, dual stereo speakers, and an in-display fingerprint sensor.
At launch, the price of the OnePlus 10R 5G was:
Rs 38,999 for the 8GB+128GB variant with 80W SuperVOOC charging.
Rs 42,999 for the 12GB+256GB variant with 80W SuperVOOC charging.
Rs 43,999 for the 12GB+256GB Endurance Edition with 150W SuperVOOC fast charging.
