Ola Electric, India’s top electric two-wheeler company, is now selling some of its models through Amazon.
One of its premium scooters, the Ola S1 Pro, is available on Amazon with a 19% discount. Originally priced at ₹1,59,999, you can now buy it for ₹1,29,999.
Amazon also offers free delivery within 15 to 20 days, and buyers can opt for an EMI of ₹6,365 per month. However, note that RTO and insurance charges are extra.
Interestingly, an even bigger discount is available on the official Ola Electric website, where the same Ola S1 Pro is being sold for ₹1,17,999, giving a 26% discount.
The website also offers EMI options starting at ₹3,299 per month, but this EMI covers only the ex-showroom price. The final EMI will increase once RTO and insurance costs are added.
Ola S1 Pro (GEN 2) – Key Features and Specifications
The latest version of the Ola S1 Pro is based on the GEN 2 platform, which comes with several improvements over the older model:
Fewer Electronic Control Units (ECUs): Reduced from 10 in GEN 1 to 5 in GEN 2.
Simplified Wiring: Wiring has been reduced by 40%.
Lighter Build: Overall weight is 8% less, and the new frame is both lighter and stronger.
Performance Upgrades
Battery Pack: Both old and new models have a 4kWh battery.
Increased Power: Peak power has gone from 8.5kW to 11kW in the GEN 2 model.
Top Speed: The GEN 2 S1 Pro can now reach up to 120 km/h.
Faster Acceleration: It goes from 0 to 40 km/h in 2.6 seconds, compared to 2.9 seconds in the old model.
Other Features
Range: Offers a distance of 195 km on a full charge.
Charging Time: Takes around 7.40 hours to fully charge.
Ride Modes: Comes with Eco, Normal, Sports, and Hyper modes.
Suspension: Now includes telescopic front forks, while the rear still uses a single-side monoshock.
Comfort: A back rest has been added using the rear angle structure.
