Among these, Ola’s electric bike has caught the spotlight.
As planned, Ola has introduced its new bike in the Indian market, marking the debut of the Roadster series.
Ola’s Roadster Series Unveiled
The launch event featured Ola’s CEO Bhavish Aggarwal and the bike’s designer Ramkripa Ananthan.
Bhavish Aggarwal expressed his fondness for the Roadster series, calling it his favorite bike during the unveiling.
Pricing and Models of Ola’s Electric Bike
Ola has launched three models in its first electric bike series:
Roadster X, Roadster, and Roadster Pro.
Roadster X: Priced at ₹74,999 (ex-showroom), this model offers three battery pack options—2.5 kWh, 3.5 kWh, and 4.5 kWh.
It can reach a top speed of 124 kmph, and the 4.5 kWh battery pack provides a range of 200 kilometers.
Roadster: Available at ₹1,04,999 (ex-showroom), this bike offers 3.5 kWh, 4.5 kWh, and 6 kWh battery packs.
It boasts a range of 248 kilometers on a single charge and can accelerate from 0 to 40 kmph in just 2 seconds. It also features a 6.8-inch TFT touchscreen.
Roadster Pro: The top variant, priced at ₹1,99,999 (ex-showroom), comes with a 16 kWh battery pack.
This model has an IDC-certified range of 579 kilometers on a single charge. It also features a 10-inch TFT touchscreen and a 2-channel switchable ABS system.
