IRCTC has launched a new facility called ‘ePayLater’, which allows passengers to book train tickets without paying immediately. You can pay within 14 days, making travel easier and stress-free.

ePayLater is a digital payment option available on IRCTC’s website and mobile app.
With this service, you can instantly book train, flight, or tour package tickets and pay later within 14 days, without any extra interest.
You don’t need to enter your card details or load any wallet balance at the time of booking.

You can use ePayLater for train ticket bookings, including normal and Tatkal tickets. This is especially helpful during Tatkal bookings, where tickets sell out quickly.
IRCTC books over 1 lakh Tatkal tickets daily, and this service offers big relief to passengers who may not have immediate funds.
3/6 – Flight Booking
ePayLater can also be used for flight bookings through the IRCTC website or mobile app (available on both iOS and Android).
You can reserve your seat now and pay later without hassle.
4/6 – IRCTC Tour Packages
Whether it’s a domestic or international trip, you can book any IRCTC tour package through ePayLater and pay the amount within 14 days.
This makes travel planning more flexible and affordable.

Log in to the IRCTC website or mobile app.
Choose the train, flight, or tour package you want to book.
On the payment page, select the ‘ePayLater’ option.
Your booking will be confirmed immediately.
You will then get 14 days to complete the payment.

IRCTC, the catering and tourism arm of Indian Railways, has launched this feature to promote Digital India and a cashless economy.
The service is powered by Arthashastra Fintech Pvt. Ltd, allowing passengers to book tickets without using a debit/credit card or net banking.
