Maruti Suzuki India has taken an important step to improve customer convenience and car maintenance.
On Monday, the company announced that it will open car service centers at Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL) fuel stations across India. For this initiative, Maruti Suzuki has partnered with Indian Oil.
This partnership aims to provide timely car servicing so that vehicle problems can be fixed early, even before they become serious.
Expansion of Maruti Suzuki’s Service Network
Currently, Maruti Suzuki has a strong service network with 5,780 touchpoints spread across 2,882 cities in India.
With this new partnership, the company will further expand its reach by using Indian Oil’s large network of more than 41,000 fuel stations nationwide.
This expansion will help customers get their cars serviced more easily and quickly, saving them valuable time.
These service points will handle not only routine maintenance and small repairs but also major servicing, reducing the need to visit separate service centers.
Services Offered at Indian Oil Fuel Stations
The service centers set up at Indian Oil petrol stations will offer a wide range of services. Customers will be able to get regular vehicle check-ups, car part replacements,
and complete servicing. This includes engine inspections and fixing technical issues.
Additional Maintenance and Repair Facilities
Apart from basic services, customers can also opt for tire replacement and wheel alignment at these centers. Bodywork services such as dent repairs and protective coating may also be available.
In addition, services like brake replacement, engine oil changes, and general vehicle check-ups will be offered at affordable prices. Maruti Suzuki has also assured customers that only genuine, original company parts will be used at these service centers.
