Nissan has increased the price of its popular 7-seater MPV, the Nissan Gravité in India.
The model was launched in February 2026 with introductory prices, but after the launch offer ended, the company has revised its pricing. The price hike has surprised many buyers who were waiting to purchase this budget MPV.
The ex-showroom price of the Nissan Gravité has now gone up from around ₹5.73 lakh to ₹9.08 lakh for the top variant.
Price Hike Across All Variants
The price increase is not limited to just one variant. Nissan has raised prices across the entire Gravité lineup.
The entry-level Visia MT variant has become costlier by ₹8,000 and is now priced at ₹5.73 lakh. The N-Connecta MT variant has seen the biggest hike of ₹18,000, taking its price to ₹7.38 lakh.
Other variants have also become expensive by ₹15,000 to ₹17,000. The top-end Limited Launch Edition AMT now costs ₹9.08 lakh, making it the most expensive version of the MPV.
Design and Interior Features
The Nissan Gravité is based on the same platform as the Renault Triber, but it comes with a more premium and refreshed design.
At the front, it gets Nissan’s signature V-Motion grille, stylish headlamps with DRLs, a bold bumper, and silver skid-plate accents. The “Gravité” branding further adds to its identity.
Inside, the MPV offers an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a 7-inch digital instrument cluster. The cabin also comes with a dual-tone theme and a flexible 7-seater layout.
Higher variants include features like a wireless phone charger, automatic headlamps, rain-sensing wipers, ambient lighting, and an air purifier.
Engine and Mileage Details
The Nissan Gravité is powered by a 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine. This engine produces 71 horsepower and 96 Nm of torque.
It comes with two gearbox options: a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT automatic.
In terms of mileage, Nissan claims the manual version delivers up to 19.3 km per litre, while the AMT variant offers slightly better efficiency at 19.6 km per litre.
Nissan is also preparing for its next launch in India, with the new Nissan Tekton expected to arrive in the market on 9 July.
