NHAI extends ‘One Vehicle, One FASTag’ deadline until March end, previously slated for February 29.
Failure to update FASTag KYC details could result in tag blacklisting and bank deactivation, aimed at curbing fraudulent activities.
Valid ID proofs including passport, driving license, voter ID, PAN card, Aadhar card, or vehicle registration certificate are required for KYC verification.
Updating KYC: Online Process
Visit the official NPCI website (https://www.npci.org.in/what-we-do/netc-fastag/product-overview).
Choose the bank linked to your FASTag and log in to the bank’s FASTag portal.
Follow the instructions to fill in your details and submit the necessary documents for KYC verification.
Updating KYC: IHMCL Website
Access the customer portal on the IHMCL website (ihmcl.co.in).
Log in using your registered number and password or OTP.
Navigate to the ‘My Profile’ section and select ‘KYC’.
Input the required details as per the instructions and submit the necessary documents for verification.
Offline KYC Update
Visit your bank branch to update KYC offline.
Provide the required documents for FASTag account update.
