On April 28, 2024, Canada released its latest Express Entry draw results under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).
A total of 421 invitations were sent out to eligible foreign applicants. The lowest-ranked person invited had a CRS score of 727.
The draw took place on April 28, 2025, at 14:18:27 UTC. The tie-breaking rule was set for September 9, 2024, at 17:11:19 UTC.
Based on this, only those ranked 421 or higher on the CRS scale were invited to apply.
IRCC Issues New Processing Time Estimates
