Earlier this month, OnePlus released the stable OxygenOS 15 update for the OnePlus 12 smartphone.
Now, they have launched a new version, CPH2573_15.0.0.305, which brings several new AI features that were promised when OxygenOS 15 first came out.
This update improves the user interface, adds artificial intelligence (AI) features, and speeds up processing.
Key New Features in OxygenOS 15 Update
The update introduces the Gemini AI assistant, which will now be available as the default virtual assistant on compatible devices.
It also includes AI features such as AI Retouch and AI Notes. AI Retouch will enhance the clarity of photos, fix blurry images, and remove reflections.
Meanwhile, AI Notes will help with drafting and improving written content. Additionally, the update includes the November 2024 Android security patch.
OnePlus has started rolling out the update to users in India, and it will be available in North America, Europe, and other global markets next week.
Another notable feature is AI Detail Boost, which enhances low-resolution or cropped images, turning them into 4K quality photos.
This feature will be accessible through the phone’s gallery app.
