Apple has launched new models of the iPad Air (8th Gen). These tablets are available in two screen sizes – 11 inches and 13 inches.
Both models come with Liquid Retina displays for sharp and vibrant visuals.
The top button includes Touch ID for quick and secure unlocking.
The new iPad Air models are powered by the Apple M4 chip, which brings major performance upgrades. The starting price is ₹64,900.
Powerful Performance with M4 Chip
The Apple iPad Air (8th Gen) features the M4 processor with an 8-core CPU and a 9-core GPU.
According to reports, performance has improved by up to 30% compared to the M3 iPad Air and up to 2.3 times compared to the M1 model.
Memory has also been upgraded. The tablet now comes with 12GB RAM, which is 50% more than before. This improves multitasking
and graphics performance.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6, and Thread support.
Camera, Software, and Battery Details
The tablet has a 12MP front camera with Center Stage, which keeps users in frame during video calls. It also features landscape stereo speakers for better audio.
The iPad runs on iPadOS 26 and supports existing accessories such as the Apple Pencil Pro and Magic Keyboard.
Storage options go up to 1TB. The tablet uses a lithium-polymer battery, offering up to 10 hours of web browsing or video playback on Wi-Fi, and up to 9 hours with 5G.
Price and Color Options
The Apple iPad Air M4 starts at ₹64,900, while the top variant costs ₹149,900.
It is available in Blue, Purple, Starlight, and Space Gray color options.
