Several districts in Rajasthan are also experiencing rain as the monsoon retreats, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD).

A new low-pressure area is expected to form around September 25 in the east-central and northeastern Bay of Bengal, near the Myanmar-Bangladesh coasts.

This could bring heavy rain to Odisha from September 23–26 and isolated rainfall in Chhattisgarh, coastal Andhra Pradesh, and Yanam from September 24–26.
