Strong Investor Demand and Issue Details

The IPO saw bids for 27.39 crore shares, with QIBs subscribing 139.87 times, NIIs 168.07 times, and RIIs 24.26 times their respective quotas.

The ₹451 crore IPO included a fresh issue worth ₹250 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of ₹201 crore by promoters Kollareddy Rama Raghava Reddy and Guntaka Ravindra Reddy.
