Meta has opened the doors to lucrative opportunities for content creators on its platforms, Facebook and Instagram.
The company has introduced a series of updates to make the platforms more attractive and provide creators with various ways to earn money.
Currently, Meta is testing a new feature called ‘invite-only holiday bonus’ on Instagram, aimed at creators in America, South Korea, and Japan.
This bonus will reward creators for sharing their creative content through Reels and Photos.
Active Subscriptions Exceed 1 Million
Meta proudly announced that creators now have more than 1 million active subscriptions through Instagram Subscriptions.
This milestone was reached within one year of launching the program, which is available not only in India but also in over 35 other countries.
To help creators grow their subscriber community, Meta has introduced new promotional tools, including a subscribe button that appears when followers view content in their feed.
These tools make it easier for creators to attract new subscribers through direct messages and Stories.
Offering a 30-Day Subscription Trial
On Facebook, Meta is adding more options for followers to subscribe, such as through Reels and Stories. Creators will also have the ability to offer their fans a free 30-day subscription trial.
Moreover, Meta is implementing greater control over pricing, allowing creators to adjust their subscription prices over time.
Simplifying Branded Content and Partnership Ads
Meta is streamlining the process for creators who collaborate with brand partners on branded content and partnership ads.
Creators will be able to participate in advertisements more easily by providing additional information about ad eligibility when creating Instagram Stories.
If a creator selects “Allow Brand Partners to Boost” when creating a Story, they will receive prompts to address any ad eligibility issues in their content.
These updates make it more convenient for creators to monetize their content and collaborate with brands.
