Maruti Suzuki is offering a larger discount on its new generation Swift this August. Last month, from July 17 to 31, the discount was Rs 17,000.
For August 1 to 31, this discount has been increased to Rs 22,100, which is more than Rs 5,000 higher than the previous month.
Additionally, the company has raised the exchange offer from Rs 15,000 to Rs 20,000 this month.
The starting ex-showroom price of the Swift is Rs 6.49 lakh.

Interior and Features
The new Maruti Swift boasts a completely redesigned interior with a luxurious cabin. Key features include rear AC vents, a wireless charger with dual charging ports, and a rearview camera for easier parking.
It also has a 9-inch free-standing infotainment screen that supports Android Auto and Apple CarPlay wirelessly.
The dashboard and center console are newly designed, featuring auto climate control similar to the Baleno and Grand Vitara. Additionally, it comes with new LED fog lamps.
Variants and Pricing
The new Swift is available in six variants: LXi, VXi, VXi (O), ZXi, ZXi+, and ZXi+ Dual Tone.
The base variant LXi starts at Rs 6.49 lakh, while the top model ZXi Dual Tone is priced at Rs 9.64 lakh.
Engine and Performance
The new Swift features a brand-new Z series engine, the 1.2L Z12E 3-cylinder NA petrol engine, which enhances mileage compared to the previous model.
This engine produces 80bhp of power and 112nm of torque.
It comes with a mild hybrid setup and offers a choice between a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT gearbox.
The company claims a mileage of 24.80 kmpl for the manual FE variant and 25.75 kmpl for the automatic FE variant.
Safety Features
The new Swift includes a range of safety features such as hill hold control, ESP, new suspension, and 6 airbags across all variants.
Other safety features include cruise control, 3-point seatbelts for all seats, anti-lock braking system (ABS), electronic brakeforce distribution (EBD), and brake assist (BA).
