While many car manufacturers are increasing their vehicle prices, Mahindra has reduced the price of its popular SUV, the XUV700.
This price cut reaches up to Rs 75,000, making the SUV more affordable. The XUV700 is available in both petrol and diesel variants
and offers seating configurations for 6 or 7 passengers. Recently, Mahindra also launched the new Ebony edition of the XUV700 in the Indian market.
Price Changes in XUV700 Variants
The price of some XUV700 variants has been reduced by Rs 75,000, while others have seen a price cut of Rs 45,000. The variants that became cheaper by Rs 75,000 include:
AX7 L Petrol AT 7S
AX7 L Petrol AT 6S
AX7 L Diesel MT 7S
AX7 L Diesel AT 7S
AX7 L Diesel MT 6S
AX7 L Diesel AT 6S
AX7 L Diesel AWD AT 7S
Meanwhile, the following variants have been reduced by Rs 45,000:
AX7 Petrol AT 7S
AX7 Petrol AT 6S
AX7 Diesel AT 7S
AX7 Diesel AT 6S
AX7 Diesel AWD AT 7S
However, the price of the entry-level petrol and diesel models has remained unchanged.
Ebony Edition of XUV700
Launched in March 2025, the Ebony edition of the XUV700 is available starting at Rs 19.64 lakh. It comes in the top-spec AX7 and AX7 L variants.
Despite this new launch, the price of the base models of the XUV700 remains the same, with the ex-showroom price starting at Rs 13.99 lakh.
