Mahindra launches New XUV 7XO in India

Mahindra has officially launched its new SUV, the XUV 7XO, in India. The petrol variant starts at ₹13.66 lakh, while the diesel variant is priced at ₹14.96 lakh.

These are introductory ex-showroom prices for the first 40,000 customers. Bookings for the new XUV 7XO will open on January 14th. The SUV comes with a premium design, updated cabin, and several new features.

The 2026 Mahindra XUV 7XO comes with several design upgrades:

New front grille and headlamps with a projector setup

Redesigned front and rear bumpers

LED taillamps borrowed from the XEV 9S

19-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels

Multiple new exterior color options

These changes give the SUV a modern and contemporary look.

The AX7L variant offers a Luxurious Lumina and Chestnut Brown interior theme. Key features include:

The XUV 7XO continues with reliable engines:

2.0-liter mStallion turbo-petrol – 197bhp, 380Nm

2.2-liter mHawk diesel – 182bhp, 450Nm

Both engines are available with:

6-speed manual gearbox

Torque converter automatic gearbox

Variants and Safety

The SUV is available in six variants: AX, AX3, AX5, AX7, AX7T, and AX7L, with four engine options. It has also received a 5-star rating in the Bharat NCAP crash test, ensuring strong safety for passengers.
