Delay Due to e-KYC Process

Usually, women enrolled in the scheme receive a Samman Nidhi (honorary fund) of ₹1,500 every month.

However, the October payment was delayed because of the mandatory e-KYC process.

Minister Aditi confirmed that the pending amount will be transferred today (Tuesday) to all beneficiaries’ Aadhaar-linked bank accounts.

The government provides this monthly financial support to help women achieve self-reliance and confidence, improving the quality of life for millions across Maharashtra.

Complete e-KYC by November 18

The Minister has urged all beneficiaries to complete their e-KYC by November 18.
If the e-KYC is not completed by then, the ₹1,500 payment may be blocked.

The amount will only be credited after successful verification of their Aadhaar-linked bank account.

The government has already issued this reminder to ensure no woman misses out on her benefits.

Scheme Transforming Women’s Lives

The Majhi Ladki Behen Yojana is more than just financial aid—it’s a major step toward women’s respect, confidence, and empowerment.

This monthly assistance helps women manage household expenses, support their children’s education, and take care of their family’s health.

At a time when prices are rising, this ₹1,500 aid provides real relief, making it easier for families to meet daily needs.
