In Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, several properties, including shops and residential plots, are going to be re-auctioned.
The UP Housing and Development Council received only one bid for these properties in the e-auction held on March 25, 2026. Because of this, the e-auction will now be held again on April 16, 2026.
The registration and token deposit process for the new e-auction started on March 27, 2026, and will continue until April 15, 2026.
The minimum token amount starts from ₹1.40 lakh.
Three Residential Plots in Avadh Vihar Scheme
According to the Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Council, three residential plots will be e-auctioned in Lucknow’s Avadh Vihar Scheme.
These plots are located in Sector 8, and their area ranges from 312.5 square meters to 343.75 square meters.
The total price of these residential properties has been fixed between ₹2.22 crore and ₹2.44 crore.
To participate in the auction, applicants must deposit a token amount between ₹11.11 lakh and ₹12.22 lakh.
For Property Number 8/38, which is a corner-facing plot, the token amount is ₹11,67,234.
The reserve price for these plots ranges from ₹71,196 per square meter to ₹74,753 per square meter.

To bid for these plots, applicants need to deposit a token amount ranging from ₹7.13 lakh to ₹16.39 lakh.
The reserve price for these plots ranges from ₹71,416 per square meter to ₹75,735 per square meter.
