After a long wait, Lava has finally launched the Agni 4 smartphone in India. The phone has been designed and developed in India and comes with a premium aluminum alloy frame.
It also includes several advanced AI features, such as the Vayu AI intelligent assistant and expert AI agents to support learning, creativity, and productivity.
Display and Performance
The Lava Agni 4 features a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 2400 nits.
It is powered by a 3.35GHz MediaTek Dimensity 8350 processor built on a 4nm process, making it suitable for multitasking, gaming, and fast file transfers.
The phone includes an in-display fingerprint sensor and will receive three Android version upgrades and four years of security updates.
Other features include an action button, dual stereo speakers, and a game booster mode.
Camera and Battery
For photography, the phone has a 50MP primary camera and an 8MP ultrawide lens on the back. The front camera is also 50MP.
Both front and rear cameras support 4K video recording and include AI-powered camera features.
The device is equipped with a 5000mAh battery that supports 66W fast charging.
Price, Colors, and Competition
The Lava Agni 4 is available in Phantom Black and Lunar Mist colors. With bank offers, it can be purchased for ₹22,999. Sales will start on November 25th at 12 PM.
In the market, it will compete with the Samsung Galaxy A26 5G, which comes with an Exynos 1380 processor, a 5000mAh battery, a 50MP + 8MP dual rear camera setup, and a 13MP front camera. Samsung’s model is priced at ₹23,999.
