The Ladli Behna Yojana is a government initiative aimed at providing financial support and dignity to women.

Key Information About the 23rd Installment
The 23rd installment of the scheme was deposited into the Aadhaar-linked DBT bank accounts of eligible women by April 10, 2025.
The installments are generally released on the 10th of each month.
How to Check Payment Status?
To check the payment status of the Ladli Behna Yojana, follow these steps:
- Visit the official Ladli Behna Yojana portal.
- Click on Application Status.
- Enter your Application Number or Member ID.
- Input the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
Your application status and payment details will appear on the screen.
Financial Assistance Provided
Under this scheme, every eligible woman is given Rs 1250 each month.
If a woman is receiving a smaller amount under the Social Security Pension Scheme, she will be topped up to a total of Rs 1250 per month.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Ladli Behna Yojana, the following criteria must be met:
The woman must be married (including widows, divorcees, and deserted women) and born between January 1, 1961, and January 1, 2000.
She must be a local resident.
The family’s annual income should not exceed Rs 2.5 lakh.
Multiple women from the same family (husband-wife and dependent children) can apply for the scheme.
e-KYC Process
Eligible women must complete e-KYC on the Samagra portal. There are two ways to do this:
OTP-based Verification – The woman’s mobile number must be linked to Aadhaar.
Biometric Verification – This can be done by visiting a Public Service Centre, MP Online Kiosk, or Common Service Centre.
