On November 23, many Kotak Mahindra Bank customers faced issues while making payments.
This happened because the bank carried out planned system maintenance.
The bank had informed customers about this in advance.
Due to the maintenance work, several services were unavailable for about one hour, from 3:30 AM to 4:30 AM on November 23, 2025.
During this period, UPI payments, high-value ATM withdrawals, and the bank’s mobile apps did not work.
Kotak Mahindra Bank said this update was essential to improve future services and advised customers to finish any important work beforehand.
Which Services Were Affected?
The following services were down during the maintenance window:
All UPI transactions
ATM withdrawals above ₹20,000
Both new and old Kotak Mahindra Bank mobile banking apps
