Mumbai :
Kia India, a leading premium car manufacturer, is making its Seltos and Sonet models even more appealing by introducing five new variants and a new version of the X-Line.
The Seltos will now have 21 variants, and the Sonet will have 22, including options for petrol DCT and diesel AT powertrains, as well as four GTX variants.
Additionally, customers can now buy the Sonet with a turbo petrol engine for under Rs 10 lakh, featuring the Smartstream G1.0 HTK iMT.
What’s New in the Seltos?
The GTX variant of the Seltos includes new features like solar glass, white calipers at the front and rear, ventilated seats, ADAS (with front camera and front radar), a 360-degree camera, and a sliding center armrest.
This variant will be available with the Smartstream G1.5 TGDi (turbo petrol) with 7DCT and the 1.5L CRDi VGT with 6AT.
Features of X-Line and GTX+ Variants
The X-Line will now also come in an Aurora Black Pearl color option, giving it an all-black glossy look. This variant will still be available in the existing matte graphite option and will include solar glass.
The GTX+ variant will also feature solar glass and white calipers at the front and rear.

Features of GTX Variant in Sonet
The Sonet GTX variant includes features such as drive and traction control modes, leather-like seats, ventilated seats, paddle shifters, a 360-degree camera (with SVM), and auto up/down safety windows.
This variant will be available with the Smartstream G1.5 TGDi (turbo petrol) with 7DCT and the 1.5L CRDi VGT with 6AT.
HTX and HTK+ Variants
The HTX variant of the Sonet includes a wireless phone charger, rear wiper and washer, and R16 diamond-cut alloy wheels. The HTK+ variant will feature LED headlamps, a rear wiper and washer, and ISOFIX.
It will be available in Smartstream G1.2 petrol, Smartstream G1.5 TGDi (turbo petrol), and 1.5L CRDi VGT diesel engine options.
Special Features of HTK Variant
The HTK variant now includes the Smartstream G1.5 TGDi (turbo petrol) engine option. The HTK (O) variant now also includes features like a rear wiper
and washer and ISOFIX. It will be available in Smartstream G1.2 petrol and 1.5L CRDi VGT diesel engine options.
